The Social Network Premiere @ Kinepolis

After spending 45 minutes tweeting on a giant movie #Tweetwall and experiencing some wifi technical difficulties, Café Numérique gave us a little intro about what they were doing. Thanks to them, we were able to watch the Premiere of The Social Network at Kinepolis, Brussels.

You’re not an asshole Mark, you’re just trying to be one” this sentence, as Marylin Delpy (Rashida Jones) said, is quite the image of the whole movie. Besides from teenage problems, friend betrayals and court cases, The Social Network is just an immersion into Mark Zuckerberg’s (Jesse Eisenberg) dazzling ascension into what Facebook has become today: the transformation on how the world communicates: “Bosnia, they don’t have roadsbut they have Facebook”.

Aside from the story, this movie is quiet a surprise, especially with the cast; Jesse Eisenberg and Justin Timberlake (who plays a paranoid entrepreneur of Napster) were pretty good in their role.

I don’t know if you were expecting something else about this movie but I’m sure The Social Network will get the attention of everybody, like Facebook did.
