Prior to founding Cleverwood, Olivier worked during 9 years in several sectors such as automotive & aviation, retail, consumer durables and financial services. His experience ranges from international business development to business optimization (e-commerce, pricing, change management), project management and operational excellence.

In 2007, Olivier attended an executive master at the Solvay Business School and decided to create together with 3 passionating business partners a new business called cleverwood, the first trademark of Fair Wood Ventures.
