			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the bodyshopping market and global HR context, <strong>cleverwood</strong> introduces a new sourcing concept based on the most recent theories on HR 2.0 and Entreprise 2.0. This concept is called <strong>Dynamic Insourcing</strong>.</p>
<p>Dynamic Insourcing is both a theoretical notion (a concept that we develop day after day) and a pragmatic way of working (a service offering), making our beliefs actionable in the current fast-evolving market.</p>
<p>Dynamic Insourcing is twofold :</p>
<ol>
<li>On one hand, Dynamic Insourcing creates the conditions for an adaptive way of working for employees. As a matter of fact, we are convinced that classical careers are long gone, words like fixed phones, traditional workplace, permanent hiring contract, career plans, badging and timekeepers are becoming obsolete.
