Business Consultant – Social Media

We are looking for a business consultant in Social Media with at least 1 year professional experience and a focus on Conversation Marketing and Social Media.

Your job

• You advice and teach our clients how to engage conversations on online media,
• You assist the senior consultants in setting up new strategies, new ways of using Social Media
• You take active roles in New Media Marketing and Communication projects (cross-channel campaigns, community management on Facebook presences, Twitter accounts, blogger outreach activities…)
• You join Marketing teams for short or long-term missions and work hand-in-hand with them as an external resource

To do this, you should have

• a very good knowledge of the Social Media and Web 2.0 tools: you are fluent in Facebook, Twitter, FlickR, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Slideshare, Foursquare…
• You are curious, not afraid to try out new technologies or platforms
• You have a university degree in economics, journalism, communication or marketing (or another similar education)
• You speak very well Flemish and French (native for one of them), and a good knowledge of English is a plus
• As a consultant, you seek for solutions, not for problems
• You are a great communicator, and you demonstrate lots of “common sense”
• Knowledge or experience of SEA and SEO is also a plus, but not mandatory
• A first experience in specialized fields such as Crisis Management on Social Media, Social CRM or social recruitment is a very nice plus
• Fundamentally teamplayer, you are fun to work with!
