politics 2.0
Are our politicians 2.0 minded?
Monday, June 8th, 2009 | cleverwood Friday Afternoon Session | 2 Comments
Whether our politicians are 2.0 minded or not, the answer is definitely NO!
They are maybe present on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and DailyMotion, but do they really know how it works and how to make an asset out of it?
Geoffrey Laloux, E-Business Strategist & Project Manager at Synaptic came to to review and discuss the online presence of the various parties and politicians. The conclusion is definitely that even though there is a online presence for some of them, most of the time this is definitely not in a 2.0 format.
This was followed by a very interesting debate between the various consultants present at the Friday session.
If you missed the session, no problem: you’ll find the entire presentation as well as the pictures on Flickr.
For more information, I also invite you to read the article by Bernad Demonty “Twitter, le pays du gazouilli politique” and the analysis realized by LBi and recently published in Le Soir.
