Olivier Beaujean : co-founder and managing partner
Prior to founding cleverwood, Olivier worked during 9 years in several sectors such as automotive & aviation, retail, consumer durables and financial services. His experience ranges from international business development to business optimization (e-commerce, pricing, change management), project management and operational excellence.
In 2007, Olivier attends an executive master at the Solvay Business School and decides to create together with 3 passionating business partners a new business called cleverwood, the first trademark of Fair Wood Ventures.
Laurent Kinet : co-founder and strategy / IDTV track expert
Laurent started his digital career in 1996 as a freelance Web consultant. He soon joined Cromozone, then DAD-LBi, before the 2000 bubble crash, and never stopped since that time to work in the fields of digital strategy, business and management consulting for Europe’s Top 5000 companies. He has built during these years a broad experience in Strategy & Planning, helping clients to define the digital strategy that best fit their objectives. He founded and managed until 2008 the Strategy & Planning department within LBi.
After an executive MBA, Laurent now owns and manages Early Stage, a Preventive Consultancy around e-business and Social Intelligence / Entreprise 2.0.

Jurgen Noel : co-founder and Web track expert

With 10 years of proven track record in communication and digital marketing and a solid academic background, Jurgen is a seasoned digital consultant. Jurgen is a co-founder of Fair Wood Ventures, providing the Dynamic Insourcing through cleverwood.
Jurgen worked for several large agencies such as Emakina and Digital Age Design (now LBi), he currently works as Digital Advertising Manager for the bank ING.

Fabian Tilmant : co-founder and Mobile track expert
Fabian started his Digital Career in 2001 in a pioneer initiative from Belgacom Mobile (Proximus) which created a department dedicated to already promising Mobile Multimedia business. He then worked on various assignments at Digital Age Design (now LBi) and is recently setting up and rolling out a Mobile Media Strategy for Sanoma Magazines Belgium related to the launch of the First Women-targetted Mobile prepaid cards offer on the Belgian Market.
